WEDDING DAY SCHEDULE

Before beginning the wedding day schedule please keep in mind the amount of photography coverage you have with the wedding package you have selected. Bronze - 7 hours coverage Silver - 11 hours coverage Gold - 12 hours coverage Custom - the agreed upon hours of coverage

Preparation options

Option 1. Bride only - I head to straight to the girls for hair, make up and getting dressed Option 2. I head to the boys first thing in the morning, usually means getting dressed a little earlier for photos. Then I head to girls prep after for hair, make up and getting dressed. Option 3. You have opted and purchased a second shooter. The second shooter heads to the boy's for prep in the morning and I head to the girls for prep photos. Option 4. No prep photos, with wedding package you have selected you have chosen to begin your wedding package at the first look or ceremony.

Skip this section if you have opted for no groom prep photos. Applicable depending on package, coverage time and location. Recommend allocating at least one hour of photo coverage and any additional travel time needed to head from groom prep location to the bride prep location.

Getting dressed time

I recommend bride & bridesmaids start getting into dresses one hour before planned time to leave for ceremony venue or first look location. This allows for bridal portraits and bridesmaid photos fully dressed. It also allows time for me to get on the road 10-15 minutes before you intend to leave for the ceremony.

If you are doing a first look and bridal party photos before the ceremony I recommend 90mins (excluding travel time) for photos and 30 minutes of buffer time before the ceremony for the boys to be in position and ready for the ceremony and girls to do any touch up they may need to do.

Receiving line (Champagne & hugs)

Wedding guest usually want to sneak a hug, kiss and congraltulations in right after the ceremony, I recommend 15-20 minutes here before going into group photos.

I recommend starting with large group photo then transitions in the family group photos. I recommend allocating 30minutes here (will give you 15-20 combinations) and assign someone assertive from each side of the family or the MC if they have a microphone to help round up the small groups alongside me.

I usually recommend at least one hour (excluding travel time) for the bridal party and bride and groom photos. With this amount of time, I am confident to deliver a wide array of portrait images. However this is your wedding day and time so I am more than happy to go with what ever you allocate :-)
